We are a cupcake business specialising in catering for children’s birthday parties, cupcake baking and decorating classes for children during school holidays, and themed cupcake and decorating parties for children and adults.

i dream of cupcakes is a locally owned and operated business in Byron Bay. The business is owned by Nikki Buckland. Nikki has three children and has a passion for baking and providing delights for all ages from the little kids to the big kids. We provide cupcakes for all occasions whether it is a corporate function large or small, weddings, engagements, children’s parties or celebrations, dinner parties (Tiramisu cupcakes are a perfect selection) or just because you love cake. We pride ourselves on using locally purchased products and ingredients where possible. Our cupcakes are made to order and on request can be gluten, dairy or egg free. Flavours and decorations are endless so let your imagination take control.
